That reminds me of a funny story: I went to our local mall's 
eyeglass center for a screw for my glasses one day.

I asked the very pretty young lady behind the counter if I could 
buy an eyeglass screw for under $5.00. She replied with some 
enthusiasm, "Oh, $5.00 is way too much for a little screw!"

I noticed her (female) boss trying desperately not to laugh, while I 
managed, with difficulty, to keep a very straight face while I 
thanked her for her kindness. :-)
