Hello Group
Obtained a DX-100 in trade for some work I did.
Really in ruff condition, but I like to work on such animals.

Replaced HV caps, Bias caps, reformed LV caps.
Got all switches de-ox-it and replaced one of the finals and
much more to long to list.

I was able to tune up on all bands except 160 M.
I had already noticed that the loading cap was replaced with
one similar to the DX-100B and was done well.

Now to make a long story short, I noticed that the 160M plate
coil was completely missing and the bandswitch were it goes is strapped
across.
Why would anyone do that?

So with all that said, does anyone have one from a real junker forsale or
can give me a resonable value of what it might be?

One thing about this guy is as much as I had to flip this beast over while
working
on it, I'll soon look like Charles Atlas.

Happy New Year from Sunny Houston
