[Heathkit] DX60 Functions Switch Bad

It is possible to replace the burned contacts on the function switch.
Very carefully remove the burnt contact using a pair of small "dikes" including the rivet holding the contact. Then use a contact removed from another switch that is pretty much like the bad one. Attach the new contact to the wafer using small machine screws and nuts like used on eyeglasses.
You can usually get a few such nuts and machine screws from your local "mall" eyeglass operation for free if you talk to the technician really nicely.

I am new on this reflector....I have a nice DX60B I am working on...the function switch has bad contacts that switch in the B+.. Does anyone know of a supplier for NOS for this switch? I know it's a long shot but thought I would give it a try.
