[Heathkit] Multi-section cap: wasFw: HW-16 troubleshooting help needed

Gosh, thanks Stu!  We've had real good luck with our multi-section caps. 
We're approaching 300 units sold since February.

I'm rasslin' around with an update to the hayseedhamfest.com web-site (I  do 
mean rassle - I hand-code my web-pages 100%) andI hope to have it up this 
week.  It will have a lot more stock kits on it, as well as looking a little 
more professional.  Very little.
