[Heathkit] HD-15 Phone Patch

I bought one at a hamfest for $20. It was in excellent condition. I also 
saw them at the same hamfest at the same price, but in poor condition. 
(It amazes me how so much nice equipment really gets abused  (scratched, 
dirty, corroded, holes drilled in it, etc.) by owners.
