[Heathkit] HD-15 Phone Patch

I got one for $10 from eBay a while back hoping that
the meter was the same size as the one on my SB-630
(meter had gone bad).  Unfortunately, the meter in the
HD-15 is larger so I had to find an original.

The HD-15 that I have looks almost brand new.
