[Heathkit] Unknown Deck

One of the items I came home with yesterday was this deck for
something.  It looks very heathkit-ish so I am posting here hoping
that someone might know what this may have been.  It has 5 tubes on
it.  2 are VR-150/30 and 2 are VR105/30 and I'm not sure what the
larger tube is as it has no marking on it other than "RCA Radiotron
Electron".  Here are the pics, I can take a bottom pic if it may help.
