[Heathkit] Need ID4801 personality module info for 27C128 and need software for it.

I have an ID4801 eprom programmer that I picked up at a hamfest that I am
trying to get working.  I have the manul but there is no info for making a
personality module for a 27C128.  I know that this is a longshot but would
anyone have that info?  I tried searching but no hits at all.  I know there
was info for doing a 27256 (which was not in the booklet either) on the
internet but no info on 27C128's or any 27C's above 27C16.

If it could be set up to do 27256's I am sure it would do 27C128's.

I am also still trying to locate software for this unit.  It supposedly came
with ID4801.exe (or maybe it was ID4801p.exe) on floppy.  I did not get the
disk with the unit and requests have gone unanswered.  Internet searches
also turn up nothing.  If anyone has any info on finding that software I
would appreciate that info.
