[Heathkit] Tubes for SB-200

The Svetlana versions were designed mostly for audio applications. RF
Parts is a good source or put out a want on the various reflectors.
572B's were used in a lot of amplifiers over the last 30 years. I bet
there's a bunch gathering dust on someone's shelf.
