Or,
you could look around at the hamfests for an old GE 6 meter 250 watt base
station, with power supply and put that together the way you want.

Mine uses a pair of 4-125As in the final, take around 10-15 watts to drive 
it.
puts out close to 400 watts with the current power supply.
