[Heathkit] Heath miniature foil-shielded coaxial cable

For many years a standard feature of Heathkits was a thin (about the size of
RG-174) coaxial cable with foil shielding, a tinned drain wire and a black
cover. Heath used it by the yard in kits like the SB and HW series ham gear
and many test equipment applications, but I've never encountered it anywhere
else. It was sure a lot easier to use than combing out braided shielding.
Does anybody know who made this stuff, what it was called, and whether it is
still available?
