Why do you want to replace silver micas? If they are of the dipped mica
variety they dont go bad in normal low voltage use. Mouser and Radio Daze
carry most standard values. If you have non standard values those were
custom ordered by Heath.

I am trying to restore a DX-100 and I want to replace the parts in the
VFO while I have it apart but I can not find any of the Silver mica
capacitors. I have looked in Mouser.

Has anyone replaced all of the resistors and capacitors in the VFO and
have the Mouser part numbers? Once I put the VFO unit back on the
chassis I really don't want to take it back off again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
