It took me about 20 seconds to find a NTE replacement on the Web. Use a
NTE
109.

Subject: [Heathkit] SB-610 Germanium Diode Question
In the SB-610 Monitor Scope there is a 1N191 Germanium Diode which is
rated
at 90 Volts at 500Ma. The particular Diode is hard to find fora
replacement.
Looking over simular ones i see the 1N4148 Diode which is rated at 100
Volts, but at 200Ma which is less that the 1N191. Is the 1N4148 a good
replacement or should i look for a higher rated Ma Diode ? Thanks &
Merry
Christmas Happy New Year.Carl, k4zrd
