[Heathkit] Need ID4801 Eprom programmer software + Need Bipolar prom programmer circuit

Can anyone point me to a source for the ID4801 software for the PC?  I just
bought a ID4801 yesterday but no software came with it.  Searches for the
ID4801P.exe olr ID4801Z.exe (for the Z100) yield nothing.

Will something else work?  The manual says the "ID4801 is not very smart
anyway and all uploads or downloads must be started manually anyway.  Does
anything pick or flag the device besides the personality module?

Did Heath ever have a programmer kit for bipolar proms?  I am currently
trying to find a circuit to build or a commercial kit (that does not cost
$500 +) to read and program bipolar proms (particularly the 74S series and
the 82S series and the MMI 6300 series.  I found one programmer for the 82S
series by Paul Bennett but it will not program the 74S387 and that is the
one that I need to program.
