Antennas make great impressions though.  I have a variety to choose from and
switch around a bit on 75m.  One thing that I have noticed is a lot of
people think I'm running an amp as when they ask "What kind of amplifier are
you running?"  My reply is none, but there are several in my station.  When
the chips are on the table, ie: emergencies, I'll engage an amp on 75.  
Snobs get checkmated from time to time, amps aren't everything!
