[Heathkit] DX-60 Repair Adventure, or DX-60 only Works on its Side

When I loosened and retightend screws on the PI Filter
box, I often saw some kind of white oxide fall out from under the screw when it was loosened.  Thats not going to be a great connection.  I did go through and retighten all screws and nuts that I could get at, just to reduce the potential of a bad connection.  For the lugs, I'd loosen the hardware and try to wiggle the lug a bit before retightening.
