[Heathkit] SB 220 on AM

It works fine on AM. With 25W drive the output will be around 350W, well 
within the tube ratings for 33% theoretical efficiency.
For best linearity load to max output and then load even more until output 
just drops a tad.
Do the final touchup of the mike control on the air for best audio without 
splatter.
