[Heathkit] Nichrome wire

The parasitic suppressor kits that Rich Measures sells -
http://www.somis.org/
includes the silver solder and acid flux needed to solder
to the nichrome wire.  It can be done easily with a soldering
iron but you have to neutralize the acid when you are done.
