[Heathkit] What was the best Heath stereo receiver?

I am looking for a receiver for my den.  I only listen to FM, so bells and 
whistles, a digital dial, presets, a lot of power, etc. aren't needed.  I've 
been thinking about getting one of the Heath classics, such as the AR-15.  Would 
really like your collective wisdom on which of Heathkit's receiver received FM 
the best (selectivity, sensitivity, stability, etc.)?  Are there any Heathkit 
receivers that I should avoid?  Thanks in advance for your opinions!
