[Heathkit] HW-8

Have an HW-8 that has a missing RF choke, RFC-2.   Also appears that a diode 
ZD2 is burnt out.  Looks like both are in the final section.

Don't have a parts summary to determine values.   Can someone help me with 
the values/part numbers and also possible sources of these components?

Finally, are there any other components that I should check out before simply 
replacing these parts, or do these parts typically fail on their own?
