How does this relate to the carrier oscillator frequency before you shifted
it? How did you measure the -20 dB level (RF voltmeter, scope, another RX,
etc.)? If this could be related to where the -3 dB point for TX audio ends
up, it could be an easy adjustment for anyone to make with an audio
generator.
