[Heathkit] Help with removing of knobs.

I recently had good luck with mixing up a little J-B Weld and putting a
tiny dab on an Allen wrench which I then stuck in the rounded out hole
of the set-screw. Propped it up and held it more or less centered with
some electrician's tape for a few hours. It got a good enough bite to
back the screw out. I've done that with i.f. transformer slugs, too.
YMMV. If worst comes to worst, the SB-line knobs are plentiful and cheap.

GL,
Tom
