[Heathkit] Help with removing of knobs.

In some cases, I have used a larger size Allen key and then, using a file, 
tapered each flat.  That provides a hex taper which will often grab the 
rounded out socket.  It may be worthwhile to tap it slightly, forcing it 
into the socket, to make sure is it grasp inside the flats.
