[Heathkit] Duanes-w8dbf double standard

Ray,
I've had my own experiences with Duane and his less-than-social manner.
At this point, however, I think it would be best if we just let the poor
fellow alone and let him deal with his troubles without us adding to them.
I hope that whoever takes over his positions on the various lists will have
learned from the friction that he caused for himself and will try to do a
better job of being more congenial.
