[Heathkit] SB-102 Tuning Knob Mechanism

Ken:

There is a little grooved wheel at the end of the tuning shaft. This 
rides in a track on the circular dial. It sounds like yours has fallen 
out of the track. Try loosening the shaft, sliding it upward, and 
reseating the wheel in the track.
