Don't fret over a few millivolts difference. 13.2, 13.4, 13.8, 14.0 are all
about the same. One thing you may want to check is the voltage at the radio
in receive and again the voltage at the radio in transmit full power.
Regulation should be +/- 0.25 volts or better. I would expect to see some
0.1 volt drop between receive and transmit at the radio due to IR loss in
the power cable at 20 amps or so. Which then nets 13.87 volts. Looks darn
good to me.
