[Heathkit] DX-60 PTT

Thanks to all those who gave advice on DX-60 PTT.  I think I've replied 
to all individually, except Bob, WB2VUF.

Bob: I tried to reply from several different accounts, but nothing I've 
got will get past the dreaded SORBS somewhere between us.  So, thanks 
for the advice.  It's the info I was looking for.

There wasn't really a consensus.  There are those happily PTT'ing by 
just putting a relay in series with the Key jack.  The other school adds 
  disconnecting the modulator from the PA and grounds the PA screen.

The big answer is that it isn't necessary to key the high voltage to 
implement PTT on the DX-60.
