[Heathkit] SB-610 Receive Pre-Amp

The Central Electronics MM-2 has a preamplifier that
is in line when the unit is used with a receiver to
display the signal.  This circuit does use tubes. 
However, it is a "plug in" unit and the circuit
shouldn't be hard to duplicate to use with the Heath
unit.

The MM-2 manual is available from BAMA.
