[Heathkit] SB 101 no output

All,

My sb 101 was operating normally yesterday. But today when I went to
load it up, it had no output. Now when I went to load it up the xmit
relay began clattering and I turned off the rig. I've tried two power
supplies and still no output. And the receive works fine. I've changed
out all the tubes, even the finals and still no output. All relay socket
soldered connections are all good. The relay still operates when I go to
tune the rig.
Anyone have any idea what to go after next?
