[Heathkit] Re No Modulation On HW-202

Hi All, 	
	
The HW-202 now has a working handmike. It is correctly wired. The PTT operates.
There is a carrier being transmitted on FM simplex 146.52 However, there is no
modulation. 	
	
The handmike and HW-202 are both high impedence.	
	
This transceiver has been sitting on a shelf for several years. It was working,
prior to the builder becoming a SK. Any suggestions as to what I can check to
determine why there is no modulation?
