Hi Jim;
It should. If it won't you can easily make it by changing the value of a
couple of resistors. The bias supply is -150 volts. So you can have
anything below that. I am just finishing up a HP-23 that another guy
started to convert for a Collins, according to Dan Hall's article in The
Collins Journal, vol 7, no. 3, July/August 2000. It adds a 6 volt
filament transformer, low voltage regulator. Let me know if you are
interested. I can supply the power supply-to-radio cable also.
