I have completed the restoration of the Heath SB-600 cabinet.
It came out great.
Sherwin Williams is the place to go.
Here is what you need.
Take your cabinet so they can match color.
Glen is right. No two are the same.
Buy Sherwin Williams "All Surface" It is the Enamel Oil Base Satin.
Buy a can of Sherwin Williams "EZ Paint Thinner"
They will mix it for you after they get the color from the computer.
Buy a ProVel Spray kit.
The bottle of air will do a cabinet plus some but just in case buy an extra
bottle of air.
Mix the paint about 2 parts paint to two parts thinner.
Try out mix on cardboard if to thin add more paint.
Temperature has a lot to do with mix.
Spray on to cabinet very lightly.
You do not want to spray thick.
If you do you will kill the crinkle effect.
Just spray enough to cover.
It will take a good 6 hours to cure to touch but I would leave it alone for
at least 2 days before putting all back together.
Have fun it is worth it.
If you have question send me an E-mail.
