I remember mine in 1959/1960? It had a 3rd overtone xtal which you 
ordered-from International Crystals ),but much later like others I added 
mod to make it work wid 8 mhz xtals. I remember after I built it and 
worked a local I climbed to roof peak wid ext. cord 110v and held my 2 
el beam wid other hand and made my 1st dx e skip contact to a MD stn. Ah 
those memories.
