Nope!  Its still the same signal strength in the north
Dallas, Texas, area as of 1 minute ago (about 0030Z). 
And, it is up 1 KHz from yesterday which was up 1 KHz
from the day before.  That pretty much eliminates all
the colorburst oscillators, clock standards, and so
on.
