[Heathkit] Signal on 28.635 MHz

Except that we can definitely hear the colorburst
signals from several sources and this source is not
only much stronger but "different".  It gained some
modulation a little while ago that consists of 2
levels of different frequencies.  One of those
frequencies is constant and the other turns off and
on.

There are several stations within about a 10 mile
diameter circle that definitely are hearing this.  We
transmitted the audio on 6 meter FM and everyone was
hearing the same thing at exactly the same time.  We
also could all hear various colorburst signals at a
much lower signal level.
