Nope! I definitely am hearing the colorburst,
computer spurs, etc., but this carrier is different.
A little while ago it went from being a "pure" carrier
to a 2-level modulation scheme that is definitely not
digital! Just a few minutes ago there were 3 stations
listening to the carrier that are located at least 6
miles apart. It is definitely the same signal because
we were repeating it back and forth on 6 meter FM
while listening locally.
One level of modulation is now constant with a second
level coming on periodically with a second frequency.
What is making this signal different is that it is
vertically polarized whereas the other signals from
televisions, computers, etc., seem to be more
horizontally polarized. It is really strong on a
vertical and almost not there on a horizontal antenna!
Anyway, really stange!

IMO, you're probably looking at a TV colorburst
harmonic. Colorburst crystals are used as the master
oscillator in a surprising number of devices. The 8th
harmonic of 3.579545 MHz is 28.63636 MHz. If your
signal is real close to that frequency and doesn't
vary, it may be coming from a TV set or VCR. If it
wanders around a bit, it is coming from something else
that uses a colorburst crystal.
