Tom, since those have to be insulated for use in a doubler they of 
course have to be sleeved.  Assuming the sleeves were as-originally 
installed they should have the markings and an EIA date code stamped on 
them.  The likely explanation is that the mfr used a leftover can from 
another production run on one of them.  The other is unmarked, as would 
be expected.  I would bet that the date codes on the can and sleeves 
don't match.  Since it's highly unlikely that 50V caps would have 
survived operation the original caps almost certainly were 50 at 350 as 
specified.  And I have seen this once or twice before.
