[Heathkit] Help on HO-10

Replace both resistors on both legs of the focus pot and up their
wattage. If the 1600V caps have never been replaced, replace them. Check
all the resistors in the power supply area to be sure they're in spec. If
they're more than 10% off, replace them. I've never owned a HO-10 that
didn't have some AC ripple on the base line. Check and/or replace bad or
weak tubes. Check voltages on tube pins for leaky or shorted caps.
