[Heathkit] Help on HO-10

I just acquired a Heathkit HO-10.
When I plugged it in the light came on but no CRT line.
opened it up and could see no burn marks so I cleaned all tube pins.
I also cleaned all the pots.
When I plugged it back in got a CRT line on the scope.
However, the line is fuzzy even with the focus control all the way to the 
right.
Also, see ripple on the line.
I will be going back into the unit in the AM.
I did find an oil film on the large.15MFD 1600VDC cap that goes to IV2 tube.
The cap is not swollen and does not show signs of damage and the film could 
have been from the previous owner spraying tuner cleaner.
I plan on testing all tubes in the morning.
Any other ideas to play with from anyone who might have gone through this 
type of problem and fixed it?
