What you have is at least the HP-23A as that was the first 
model with that switch in it and with a circuit breaker.

My HW-101 and my SB-102 require setting the power supplies, 
both fixed-station and mobile, to the 300 VDC position.

The SB-102 manual makes a particular point of this.
