[Heathkit] HW-101 questions.

Ordinarily, the filaments in the HW-101 (and the other HW/SB 
transceivers) are in a series-parallel arrangement so that they 
run on 12.6 VAC. That way you can use it as a mobile. So V-20 
gets its filment voltage from a tap on one of the final amps.

Every other tube in this unit light up just fine. I cannot figure 
out why he did this.
