[Heathkit] CW Filter for the SB-104A

Hello to All,

Does anyone have the installation instructions for installing a CW filter in
the SB-104A ? I am going to install one that I have, but I need to know the
values of the inductors that they use to try and come up with them. I will
gladly pay copying and shipping on the instructions, or a scanned image of
the manual sent by email would be great also.
