Ken...  Thanks for the idea, and I'll certainly consider it an option once I 
start the refurbishing.  I'm also looking at cloning the Heathkit AC-1 tuner, 
which uses a low-pass filter in the input followed by an LC network. (K4OAH 
gave me some direction there.)  I downloaded a schematic yesterday, and it looks 
fairly simple to duplicate, and this would leave the AT-1 stock.  I have 
access to a spectrum analyzer, so I'll have to take some measurements.
