Effective December 1, 2003, UPS and USPS no longer pay
claims for anything other than LOSS.  This is according to
a sign posted at my local UPS Store, so maybe it's not exactly
true.  But it's an 'official' sign with UPS and USPS official logos
printed on it.....

My policy?  NEVER buy something on Ebay with a one sentence
description and ONE photo without asking LOTS of questions
first!
