This is a post for a friend who is looking for help with his Heathkit HD 4040

Model is, HD 4040 I need to know how many PROMS it is supposed to have in
it. Right now it has two, one in U 11 and one is in U12. These have WA8DED's
call on them. It looks like I should have a total of four.
