I agree wholeheartedly, Duane you should also send a comment to the company
that produces the software. No matter if it is "correct" grammar it does
occur and the reader should deal with it! Its not like software to fail
the test in the real world!

As a person that tends to repeat periods etc., I'm glad you mentioned this.
I never considered the possibility of the problem. I will attempt to be
more careful in the future but I feel this form of "incorrect" punctuation
is useful for conveying emotion via an emotionless medium. What does the
reader software do with a ;) ? Emoticons are very useful to help convey
meaning when inflection can't be used.
