The only way to tell is to use a good signal generator
with a calibrated attenuator. I have only seen one
SB-310 lately and that one was pretty much the same up
through the highest band. However, it is normal with
any tube type receiver to have less sensitivity the
higher in frequency. But, for the "newer" receivers
like the SB-310 that shouldn't be much.
Now, the noise level is often less on the higher
frequencies but the basic sensitivty remains the same.
This is not due to the receiver itself but from noise
received that is "on frequency". That can make the
receiver "seem" to be less sensitive.

I am noticing is that the sensitivity seems to less
from 31 meters and up. It seems to be pretty sensitive
but it is much better 40 meters on down. Is this
normal?
