[Heathkit] unbuilt kits

I don't want to sound like too much of a skeptic, but how is it that 4000 
unbuilt kits have languished in a Toledo warehouse for the better part of 25 
years and no one knew about them? And as an ex-Ham At Heath (WB8CDU, 1968-74) this 
sounds like a lot of kits left over for a company that had a reputation for 
being on the very leading edge of inventory control/managment, at least when I 
was there.

I would love to believe this story. But it just sounds too good to be true.
