[Heathkit] 6 meter converter

Although there were no converters made for the SB-303,
Heath actually made at least 4 converters (2 for 6
meters and 2 for 2 meters).  In addition to the
SBA-300-3 and the SBA-300-4 they also made the XC-2 (2
meters) and the XC-6 (6 meters) especially for the
Mohawk.  The XC series came with an i.f. of 22 MHz to
26 MHz which "matched" the converter band on the
Mohawk.

Of course, the i.f. frequencies of any of these
converters could be changed by changing the crystal
and by retuning the output.  If you went far from the
original 22 to 26 MHz (XC series) or 28 to 30 MHz (SBA
series) then you also had to modify some of the
circuitry.  

I have all four converters and the performance is very
good.
