[Heathkit] 6 meter converter

The only Heathkit converters were the SBA-300-3 for 6 meters
and the SBA-300-4 for 2 meters.  But they were built for the
SB-300 and SB-301 tube receivers.  You'd have to come up
with plate voltage and a mounting method to use them on the
SB-303, which is all solid-state.
